After undergoing an audit by an accredited entity, external to DECO Proteste, where strict criteria were evaluated, GPC Portugal was recognized for its quality in the provision of condominium management services.

To join this network, GPC underwent an audit by Bureau Veritas, an external and independent company, which assessed the compliance with a set of requirements that prove the quality of our services, also confirming our credibility with both current and future clients.

Simply apply to the GPC Network, pass the selection process, and upon signing the contract, you will simultaneously join both the GPC concept and the Deco+ Condominium Network.

GPC Portugal will handle the entire audit process, which is carried out by an entity accredited by DECO Proteste and external to it, where strict criteria will be assessed. The know-how, operational procedures, and requirements of the Deco+ Condominium Network will be passed on to new franchisees through GPC's initial and ongoing training, as well as through internships in a store environment.
