Rentals Management

The GPC store supports the Owner in all phases of the rental process, performing the following tasks:

• Insertion of the property details on the GPC website for advertising purposes;
   

• Evaluation and screening of potential tenants;
   

• Reception, organization, and filing of documentation related to each rental;
   

• Legal support for the rental process;
   

• Recording of income and expenses for each rental, with the preparation of the respective statement, to be delivered monthly to the Owner;
   

• Issuance of rent receipts;
   

• Reception of rent payments, providing different payment methods to the tenant;
   

• Inventorying the goods in the property and their condition throughout the rental process;
   

• Support in establishing contracts with private and public entities;
   

• Support and/or provision of services for the resolution of maintenance and conservation issues related to the property;
   

• Provision of interior and exterior cleaning services, gardening, pool maintenance, and other services when requested by the owner.
