CONDOMINIUMS

• Electricity: Repair of the lighting system, including the replacement of light bulbs, circuit breakers, and the repair/replacement of staircase automatics, emergency lights, and switches.
  
   

• Doors/Gates: Repair/replacement of common door locks, adjustment of door springs, and lubrication of hinges.
  
   

• Security and Others: Inspection of fire extinguishers, unclogging of waste chutes, and cleaning of gutters and downspouts on the roof.

DETACHED HOUSES AND OTHER PROPERTIES

All repairs for Condominiums, plus other specific requests from Owners, such as support with renewable energy, heating systems, swimming pools, gardens, and other services related to property management.

GARDENS

Maintenance, conservation, and cleaning, with the possibility of intervention in irrigation systems and the reconstruction of gardens and outdoor areas of properties, whether detached or in a condominium.

SWIMMING POOLS

Maintenance, conservation, and cleaning, with appropriate interventions based on the size and type of the pool.

Note: All of these services include only GPC labor, with materials charged separately. Scaffolding, lifting equipment, and/or special safety measures are excluded.
